Utilize ENCORE to best meet our clients’ needs · Partner with our Client Coordinators and Risk Advisors to deliver the best client experience built on the foundation of the ENCORE Success Program · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions · Develop and maintain a strong understanding of coverages and carriers · Coordinate new client onboarding Managing client relationships · Provide excellent customer service – virtually, on the phone, and in person · Build strong relationships and trust with clients as their primary point of agency contact · Use proactive, solution-based thinking to anticipate client needs · Focus on client retention, and continually evaluate strategies Provide service to existing accounts · Ensure that daily needs of the client are addressed in accordance with our service standards · Process service-related activities within our defined service standards · Identify potential gaps in coverage and areas of risk and make recommendations as to how to solve those issues · Understand client risk profiles and counsel clients on exposures that arise · Report and monitor customer claims · Building strong relationships with agency carrier partners
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on drafting professional business correspondence. · Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and by the urgency of the request. · Capable of multi-tasking and able to switch efficiently from one task to another. · Forward thinking and able to comprehensively review an account and anticipate needs and solutions. · Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook required. · Experience with Applied Systems – Applied Epic preferred, Zywave, ModMaster, Rough Notes, IRMI.
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Apply Now
