Roles and Responsibilities

Utilize ENCORE to best meet our clients’ needs • Partner with our Client Advocates and Risk Advisors to deliver the best client experience built on the foundation of the ENCORE Success Program • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of coverages and carriers Managing client relationships • Provide excellent customer service – virtually, on the phone, and in person • Build strong relationships and trust with clients • Use proactive, solution-based thinking to anticipate client needs • Focus on client retention Provide service to existing accounts • Ensure that daily needs of the client are addressed in accordance with our service standards • Process service-related activities within our defined service standards • Provide proofs of insurance • Reviewing and processing clients’ policies and coverage changes for accuracy • Assign final distribution instructions to the front desk staff on hard copy documents • Update and maintain accurate account information in our agency management system • Strive for outstanding accuracy and quality in all processes • Work closely with multiple insurance carriers to quote, issue, renew and cancel (if needed) policies for our clients • Handle all service needs for your book of business

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on drafting professional business correspondence • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and by the urgency of the request • Capable of multi-tasking and able to switch efficiently from one task to another • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, & Outlook required • Experience with Applied Systems – Applied Epic preferred

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
