After winning multiple "best place to work" and "top employer" awards, Ellerbrock-Norris took home another honor: Best Place to Work in Insurance.

We were named the No. 2 best place to work in the agency/broker category, and the No. 4 company among all companies with less than 250 employees.

It's a tremendous honor for us as a company, and one that we don't take lightly.

"Our passion and vision is centered around our stakeholders – our people, their families, our clients, our partners, our communities, and more," said Andy Bassett, CEO of Ellerbrock-Norris. "To see that carry forward as a best place to work in the country is amazing."

Outside of providing an amazing benefits package and employee events, Ellerbrock-Norris prides itself on the "unexpected" benefits. You can learn more about the company culture and career opportunities on our careers page

This is the fourth award Ellerbrock-Norris has received this year for its strong workplace culture, joining:

“Being recognized as a top employer says a lot more about the people who work here than anything else,” CEO Andy Bassett said. “People drive culture. As a leadership team, we want to listen to our people and go beyond what’s expected when it comes to benefits.”

Founded in 1906, Ellerbrock-Norris is a holistic risk management firm headquartered in Nebraska. It’s offices are home to nearly 60 employees with locations in Hastings, Omaha, Lincoln and Kearney.

“We are here to help our clients ‘Protect their Purpose,’” Bassett said. “Well, at EN, our purpose is threefold – our people, our clients and our community. An award like this is a great reminder of how important that purpose is to us.”
